We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you due to the recall service.
IROAD V9S2 delivered to Singapore has been confirmed to be defective in certain batches of our products.
We will perform a full recall of the defective products and the products produced during that period.
Serial number stated below are the defective products.
Hazard – Recall
The IROAD V9S2 lens holder holding the lens has some defects issue.
As a result, when the lens is used in the camera for a long period of time,
there is a problem with the focus of the lens as gas is introduced into the lens due to external air inflow, resulting in poor image quality.

PRODUCT SERIAL – Recall
IROAD V9S2 products which were manufactured from August 2016 to January 2017 have some issues.

REMEDY – Recall
1. Replacing with new product
2. Extension of warranty period (new warranty card provided)
* Warranty will extend until August 2018.
SERVICE PROCEDURE – Recall
- Please make sure that the serial number of your V9S2 product is listed under the V9S2 recalled serial list.
- The recall service must be booked in advance.
- The following items are required when you visit our office after making an appointment.
(Front camera, rear camera, Singapore CORVIT Warranty card) - Replacement of new products and warranty card will be given after the visit.
(You can proceed with the installation in the reverse order of the method you removed the IROAD device.)
NOTICE – Recall
- IROAD V9S2 front and rear products, please visit after detachment.
(Please refer to this page for removal video.) - If the product is not under the recall serial, the recall service is not applicable.
- If you do not have a Singapore Corvit Warranty Card, you are not eligible for recall service.
- If product that has no serial number, you are also not eligible for recall service.
